Welcome! I´m Juhani Pitkänen, a strength + endurance coach from Finland.
Starting out in 2009, I have worked with over a thousand athletes. My clientele is based all over Europe, and consists of runners, powerlifters, triathletes, busy professionals, and exercise enthusiasts with strength and endurance goals. Many of them are vegan, or thinking of transitioning toward a plant-based diet.
For a decade now, I have strongly opposed the snake oil salesmen of the fitness industry. My coaching is firmly evidence-based, which means combining the latest science with practical coaching knowledge.
My own training focuses on running during the summer, and strength during wintertime. I support my training with a 100 % vegan diet.
K3 stands for human and animal rights. I support PLAN International, Amnesty, Tuulispää Animal Sanctuary and Saparomäen Animal Sanctuary monthly. K3´s own Strength For A Reason -project coaches recovering drug addicts toward their first trail running race, and our #foodforareason -project provides quality vegan food to low-income families.Read more about my coaching services
